1. Does European Cleaners charge a delivery fee?
   No, we are offering both pick up AND delivery free of charge as part of our EXCELLENT service!

2. Where do you pick-up and drop-off my clothes?
   You choose the location: from your garage, patio, side yard, office, supply room, unused corner, wherever you'd prefer. In office areas we can even provide a rolling rack. We are liscensed and bonded.

*Special Note: If your drop-off would be exposed to the elements we will reschedule it and our driver will deliver it to you the next day.

3. Do you provide a bag for my clothes to be picked-up in?
   We provide you with our special European Cleaners bags, as many as you need.

4. How do I get my special European Cleaners bag?
   Your driver will leave one for you each time he drops off your clothes. Additional bags are also available, just ask!

5. How do I place an order?
   If you are already signed-up, just leave a bag out on your scheduled pick-up day by 8:30am. If you are not yet a registered customer, sign up now! or call us at 800-801-0010.

6. How will I know my scheduled drop-off and pick-up days?
   Check our Delivery Area and Schedule for your area. On our first visit, our driver will confirm your schedule.

7. How do I pay for your door-to-door service?
   Once you sign-up for the service, the balance each month will be charged to your credit card on a weekly basis. Of course, a detailed statement, along with a receipt, will be sent to you.

8. Do I have to tip the European Cleaners driver?
   No. Our drivers do not accept gratuities.

9. Do I have to be there when the drop-off or pick-up is made?
   No. Your driver will service your pre-selected location. If you forget to leave your bag out just call
800-801-0010 to make new arrangements.

10. How do I tell European Cleaners about a special request/issue with my garments?
   Simply leave a detailed note in your bag for our European Cleaners representative regarding your repair, special spots that need attention, press only request or water repellency treatment.

11. What should I do with my leather and suede clothing?
   Please leave the item in your bag for our representative. Leather goods normally take two weeks for cleaning, and may require a release form. If you need to indicate a stain, please leave a note for us in the bag. CAUTION: do not put any adhesive tape or stain stickers on the garment as this will leave a stain.

12. What should I do with any alterations that I may have?
   Please leave a detailed note on the item to be altered and place the item in your bag for our European Cleaners representative. If you require a fitting, please visit us at the store for a perfect fit. Please note that alterations may require a little more time.

13. What do I do if I have a problem with my order?
   Immediately contact by phone at 800-801-0010.
